Nitish lays foundation stone for 45 new projects in Saran

Chhapra, Jan 21 (UNI) Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today laid the foundation stone for 45 new development projects worth Rs 450.30 crore and inaugurated 24 schemes completed at an expenditure of Rs 86.50 crore during his Samriddhi Yatra in Saran district.
The Chief Minister inaugurated and laid foundation stones for projects related to roads, health, power supply, agriculture and core infrastructure. These initiatives are expected to significantly improve connectivity, healthcare facilities and strengthen the rural economy of the district.
Kumar inaugurated the Women’s ITI Hostel and distributed sewing machines to Jeevika Didis to promote self-employment and women’s empowerment.

The uproar forced Speaker Surama Padhy to adjourn the House till 4 PM without conducting any business.

Meghalaya assembly Speaker disallows adjournment motion on coal mine blast
