Patna, Nov 28 (UNI) RLJD President Upendra Kushwaha on Tuesday alleged that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was trying to divert attention of the people by raising the issue of special category status to Bihar when the Lok Sabha election is scheduled to be held next year.
Kushwaha said here that Nitish Kumar was using the issue of special category status to Bihar, as per his political convenience.
When Nitish did not think politically appropriate to raise it, he put the special category status demand for Bihar in cold storage and sensing its electoral mileage, he would lose no time to capitalise the issue, he alleged.
