Odisha BJP leader's killing: CM orders strong action against assailants

Bhubaneswar, Oct 7 (UNI) Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi today strongly condemned the brutal murder of senior advocate and BJP leader Pitabasa Panda, who was shot dead in Berhampur last night.
The Chief Minister expressed deep sorrow over Panda’s death and directed the police to identify, apprehend, and ensure exemplary punishment for the culprits.
"Odisha is a peaceful state and such heinous acts will not be tolerated under any circumstances," Majhi stated. He also extended his heartfelt condolences to Panda’s bereaved family.
