Odisha: Elaborate preparations underway for Navy Day celebration

Puri, Dec 1 (UNI) Elaborate preparations are underway to observe Navy Day at the Puri Flag Ship beach on December four.
Commodore Dipak Anil, the chief of INS Chilika, told newspersons here that Navy Day is celebrated every year at different locations along the Indian coast to mark the Indian Navy’s victory over Pakistan when its vessels stormed Karachi harbour on December 16, 1971.
President Droupadi Murmu will grace the occasion at the Blue Flag beach of Puri.

Border Trade: Study group submits its final report to Arunachal Govt
