Odisha reviews Integrated Road Safety Dashboard to strengthen data-driven governance

Bhubaneswar, Dec 14 (UNI) The Odisha Government has reviewed the Integrated Road Safety Dashboard, developed by RBG Labs of IIT Madras, as part of its efforts to strengthen a coordinated, transparent and data-driven road safety ecosystem in the state.
The dashboard is designed to enable systematic analysis of road crash data, tracking of road safety interventions and structured review of outcomes, marking a significant step towards improved road safety governance in Odisha.
The review was conducted by the Commerce & Transport Department and focused on the dashboard’s architecture, data integration capabilities and inter-departmental usability. The objective is to support informed decision-making, coordinated action and effective monitoring of road safety initiatives across departments.

Shillong, Jan 20 (UNI) Eighteen Bangladeshi nationals were arrested in Meghalaya on Tuesday after they illegally entered India crossing the international border illegally, police said, adding two Indian touts and five drivers, who assisted the Bangladeshi intruders, were also nabbed.
