Odisha Vigilance arrests Executive Engineer in disproportionate assets case

Bhubaneswar, May 20 (UNI) Odisha Vigilance on Wednesday arrested an Executive Engineer of the Roads and Buildings (R&B) Department on charges of possessing assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.
The arrested official, identified as Bhubaneswar Sabar, was serving as Executive Engineer of the R&B Sub-Division at Dharamgarh and was also holding additional charge as In-charge Executive Engineer of the R&B Division at Bhawanipatna.
Vigilance sources said Sabar would be produced before the Court of the Special Judge, Vigilance, at Bhawanipatna later in the day.
