One die, two injured as TUV overturns in Amethi

Amethi (UP), Nov 30 (UNI) One person was killed and two others were injured when a TUV fell in a pit in Bazar Shukul area of Amethi district here in Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday, police sources said.
Police sources said that the incident took place on Purvanchal Expressway when the TUV going towards Lucknow overturned after one of its tyres blew out. "Rajnath (65), a resident of Baghaura village in Nizamabad area of Azamgarh, was killed on the spot, whereas his daughter Sadhana (23) and son Prince (26) were seriously injured in the accident," they said.
Police sources said that Sadhana and Prince were taken to the community health center from where they have been referred to the trauma center after first aid.
