NEW DELHI, DEC 14 (UNI):- Heavy traffic moves through a dense blanket of smog at Britannia flyover, in Delhi on Sunday; as air quality deteriorates to hazardous levels once again. In response to the worsening pollution, the Delhi government has implemented GRAP-IV norms to curb emissions.
