NEW DELHI, DEC 14 (UNI):- Birds fly over a dense blanket of smog at Punjabi Bagh, in Delhi on Sunday; as air quality deteriorates to hazardous levels once again. In response to the worsening pollution, the Delhi government has implemented GRAP-IV norms to curb emissions.
