Pinnu, brother of Bihar Minister surrenders before Police

Bettiah, Jan 18 (UNI) Ravi Kumar alias Pinnu, brother of Fisheries and Animal Resources Minister Renu Devi, surrendered on Saturday before the Police Superintendent in connection with the kidnapping of a daily wage labourer, forcibly getting a piece of his land registered and then releasing him in Mahanagani under Mufassil police station area of ​​West Champaran district.
Police Superintendent Shaurya Suman said here that the labourer Shivpujan Mahto had made a written complaint at Mufassil police station that Ravi Kumar alias Pinnu had abducted him at gunpoint and taken his thumbprint on a paper of land prepared earlier in his Pushpanjali hotel and released him near GD Goenka School.
The SP said that a special team was constituted to arrest Pinnu who, following mounting pressures from the police surrendered at the office of the Police superintendent.
