PM Modi extends greetings on Hindi Diwas, ेंsays need to enrich Indian languages

New Delhi, Sept 14 (UNI) On the occasion of Hindi Diwas, Prime Minister Narendra Modi today conveyed his greetings to the nation and reiterated the importance of nurturing not just Hindi but all Indian languages as carriers of the country’s cultural and civilisational values.
In a message shared on social media platform X, Modi described Hindi as more than just a means of communication, calling it a "living heritage" reflective of India's identity and traditions.
“Hindi is not merely a medium of communication but a vibrant repository of our identity and values,” he wrote in Hindi. “On Hindi Diwas, let us collectively resolve to enrich all Indian languages, including Hindi, and pass them on to future generations with pride. The growing global recognition of Hindi is a matter of pride and inspiration for all of us.”
