PM Modi gifts President Putin with Bhagavad Gita in Russian, Assam Black Tea, Kashmiri Saffron

New Delhi, Dec 5 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi gifted Russian President Vladimir Putin with a copy of the Bhagavad Gita in Russian, as well as a gift pack of fine Assam Black Tea, an Ornate Silver Tea Set, a Handcrafted Silver Horse, a Marble Chess Set and Kashmiri Saffron.
PM Modi personally gifted President Putin with a Russian-language copy of the Bhagavad Gita, which he described as a source of inspiration for millions across the world.
He gifted President Putin with some flavorful Assam Black Tea which is grown in the Brahmaputra plains. The black tea was recognised with a GI tag in 2007. The tea is also valued for potential health benefits, making each cup both comforting and wholesome. The tea is prized for its robust malty flavor.
