"The whole country is celebrating Ganesh Utsav, but the Congress is creating obstacles in the worship of Vighnaharta", he alleged.
Over the issue of farmers, the Prime Minister said Congress talks big for farmers... shows them big dreams. The truth is that this is nothing but a lie.
"If Congress has guts, then why don't they implement the party's farmer schemes in Karnataka and Telangana" he added.
Accusing Congress for supporting the restoration of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir, Modi said, "Congress wants to bring back the era when stones were pelted on our brave soldiers of Haryana till a few years ago".
"Congress wants to bring back that era of terror and separatism" he said..
Expressing confidence that the BJP will form the government in the state, the PM said, "The enthusiasm seen here, tells me, according to my political experience that the BJP is set to make a hat-trick in Haryana.
"I have come to request you to form the BJP government once again. You have given me the opportunity to serve in Delhi for the third consecutive time" he said.
Polling for the 90 assembly seats in Haryana will be held on October 5 and counting of votes will be held on October 8 along with Jammu and Kashmir.
The ruling BJP is eyeing a hat-trick in the assembly polls but faces a stiff challenge from a resurgent Congress, which is looking to cash in on the anti-incumbency in the state.
