Poland scrambles aircraft due to alleged Russian 'intensive activity'

Warsaw, Apr 19 (UNI) Polish aircraft on duty have been scrambled due to the alleged "intensive activity" of the Russian air force, the Polish armed forces' operational command said on Friday.

"Please note that aircraft on duty have started operating in the airspace, which may lead to increased noise levels, especially in the southeastern part of the country," the military said on social media, adding that alleged "intensive activity of Russia's long-range aviation connected with missile strikes" was observed tonight.
