Provide accommodation for candidates coming for police recruitment: Congress

Mumbai, June 20 (UNI) Maharashtra state Congress President Nana Patole on Thursday demanded the government make accommodation and other arrangements for candidates coming for the ongoing police recruitment process despite the rains.
In his statement, Patole stated that the recruitment process for 17,000 posts in the police department is ongoing and about 1.7 lakh candidates have applied for this number of posts..
The boys and girls who have come hoping to be recruited in the police, without any accommodation or other arrangments, are facing great inconvenience.
