Punjab: 2 operatives of Jaggu Bhagwanpuria among 3 held

Chandigarh, Dec 1 (UNI) Anti-Gangster Task Force (AGTF) in joint operation with Amritsar Commissionerate police on Friday have got a major breakthrough with the arrest of two operatives of Jaggu Bhagwanpuria gang along with their key associate for their involvement in firing gun shots on Neeraj Kumar in Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar.
DGP Gaurav Yadav has identified as the arrested operatives of Jaggu Bhagwanpuria as Sarthak, Anmol Sharma and Alatmis of Amritsar. Police teams have also recovered car which was used
in crime. Notably, the fourth accused, identified as Deepak Arora was already arrested by the Punjab Police.

Pal Singh, Medical Officer and Ram Singh alias Tenu, a sweeper, both posted at Civil Hospital Bathinda while accepting a bribe of Rs 5,000, an official said on Monday.
