Punjab: BJP criticises Canadian PM Trudeau, warns of economic consequences

Phagwara, Nov 9 (UNI) Senior BJP leader Sukhminderpal Singh Grewal and Media panelist Parminder Mehta on Saturday warned Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau hat if he failed to take timely action against Khalistani elements, his country's economic situation could mirror that of Pakistan.
Reacting sharply to recent statements made by Trudeau regarding an attack on a Hindu temple by Khalistani supporters in Canada, the leaders accused him of "jeopardising" India-Canada relations for political gain, adding that Canadian citizens “will not forgive” him for damaging ties with India.
