Raj CM Sharma discusses Jaipur Metro Rail Phase-II in Delhi

Jaipur, Nov 13 (UNI) Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma on Thursday discussed with union Minister for Urban Development Manohar Lal Khattar the matter of sanction to Jaipur Metro Rail project Phase-2 and other key issues pertaining to development in the state.
The discussion was held in a positive environment as the union Minister assured Sharma of early clearance to the mega development project that would transform urban development in the Pink City, an official spokesman said from New Delhi.
CM Sharma was on a brief visit to the national capital, New Delhi, and called on Minister Khattar and other central government functionaries. Since Khattar also holds the Energy and Housing Development portfolios, the issues of Green Energy Corridor, sustainable development in the energy sector and strengthening of electricity transmission system also figured in the interaction.
