Jaipur, Jul 5 (UNI) The case count owing to the ‘millennium scourge’ mounted to 19,756 as 224 new cases were registered in past 24 hours in Rajasthan while six people lost their lives in the same period soaring the death toll to 453, state's Health Department's bulletin informed on Sunday.
As per the report issued by the dispensation, Pratapgarh district (48) recorded the highest number of new cases while Ajmer recorded seven, Alwar 23, four were recorded at Bara, eight at Bharatpur, three at Bhilwara, 12 at Bikaner, one at Churu, seven at Dausa, one at Dungarpur, 31 at Jaipur, 18 were recorded at Jalor, three at Jhalawar, five at Kota, 33 at Pali, six at Rajasamand, three at Tonk, four at Udaipur, seven at Jhunjhunu cases were found.
Till date there are 575 cases in Ajmer, 679 at Alwar, 99 at Banswara, 71 at Bara, 435 at Barmer, 1743 at Bharatpur, 268 at Bhilwara, 447 at Bikaner, 15 at Bundi, 211 at Chittorgarh, 332 at Churu, 177 at Dausa, 740 at Dholpur, 462 at Dungarpur, 60 at Sriganganagar, 81 at Hanumangarh, 3510 at Jaipur, 115 in Jaisalmer, 369 at Jalor, 393 at Jhalawar, 393 at Jhunjhunu, 2948 at Jodhpur, 733 at Kota, 696 at Nagaur, 1201 at Pali, 122 at Pratapgarh, 282 at Rajsamand, there are 109 cases at Sawai Madhopur, 613 at Sikar, 554 at Sirohi, 207 at Tonk, 776 at Udaipur and at the rest of the areas of the state there were 131 more cases.
