Chennai, Aug 18(UNI) Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth
is all set to play the character of Chennai Mafia don
Kabaleeswaran in his next Tamil film 'Kabali'.
The film, which will be directed by Pa Ranjith,
and will have Santhosh Narayanan’s music, revolves
around the story of a don from Mylapore in Chennai
city.
Ranjith tweeted and announced the title 'Kabali'.
Producer Kalaipuli S Thanu said they had finalised
the title as 'Kabali', since the story begins in Mylapore.
The film also stars Radhika Apte, Dhanshika and
Kalaiyarasan and will be set in Malaysia.
Even though Radhika has worked in several films in
the past, she is not quite familiar with Tamil.
Kabali is slated to go on floors from
September 17.
