Red Fort blast: Delhi Police submits report to MHA

New Delhi, Nov 11 (UNI) Delhi Police on Tuesday handed over its report on the Red Fort car bomb blast to the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), sources said.
The probe is now being handled by the National Investigation Agency (NIA).
A powerful explosion ripped through a moving i20 car near the Red Fort Metro Station on Monday evening.

Delhi implements law regulating school fees with three-tier framework

New Delhi, Dec 12 (UNI) In a major reform aimed at curbing arbitrary fee hikes in private schools, the Delhi government has notified the Delhi School of Education (Transparency in Fixation and Regulation of Fees) Act, 2025, a legislation that significantly expands regulatory oversight and replaces the 1973 fee regulation framework.
Lieutenant-Governor V.K. Saxena issued the Gazette notification on Wednesday, bringing more than 1,500 private, unaided schools in the capital under the ambit of the new law.
