Rajya Sabha Chairman Hamid Ansari, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Deputy Chairman P J Kurien, joined the leaders of various political parties in bidding farewell to the Members and expressed the hope of their return to the House. In his farewell speech to those parting, Dr Ansari said, ''53 Rajya Sabha Members from 14 states are due to retire.
