Seethakka warns suppliers over delays, poor quality of Anganwadi goods

Hyderabad, Nov 18 (UNI) Telangana Women and Child Welfare Minister Dr Danasari Anasuya Seethakka on Tuesday issued a stern warning to suppliers over delays and substandard goods being delivered to Anganwadi centres, saying the government “will not tolerate” any negligence affecting children’s nutrition.
Reviewing district-wise supply of eggs, pulses, oils, milk and other essentials at the department’s commissionerate in Vengalarao Nagar, Hyderabad, Seethakka expressed anger over repeated lapses.
“This is the last chance. If you don’t change your ways, we will change you,” she told suppliers, stressing that timely and high-quality delivery is non-negotiable.
