Mumbai, Mar 21 (UNI) The BJP government in Delhi has always had an eye on Mumbai and Maharashtra and the Narendra Modi government has taken the initiative to reduce the importance of Mumbai and the state, said MPCC president Nana Patole on Tuesday.
He said that since the Shinde government took over the state, important projects in Maharashtra have been shifted to Gujarat and in turn Maharashtra has been damaged. Now, a decision to shift the office of Textile Commissioner from Mumbai to Delhi has been taken.
Patole has severely criticized that move and said that this is being done deliberately and is part of BJP's strategy to destroy Maharashtra.
