Shimla police arrest two Haryana men for school director murder, weapons recovered

Shimla, June 15 (UNI) Shimla district police on Monday arrested two alleged contract shooters from Haryana and recovered the weapons used in the sensational murder of a private school director within 40 hours of the crime. The motive for the killing is yet to be established.
The breakthrough came after an intensive multi-state investigation launched following the murder of the director Manisha Mittal outside the Saraswati Paradise International Public School in Housing Board Colony, Shimla, on the evening of June 13.
Shimla Additional Superintendent of Police, Abhishek Dhiman confirming the arrests while talking to media said, "Treating the case as a top priority, senior police officers rushed to the spot and initiated a large-scale investigation. A forensic team was also deployed to collect physical and biological evidence from the crime scene," he said.
