Son of former Punjab DGP Mohammad Mustafa dies of drug overdose

Saharanpur, Oct 17 (UNI) Akeel Mustafa, the 35-year-old son of former Punjab Director General of Police (DGP) Mohammad Mustafa, passed away due to a suspected drug overdose in Panchkula, officials confirmed today.
According to initial reports, Akeel was found unconscious at his residence by family members after allegedly consuming an unidentified drug on Thursday night. He was immediately rushed to the Civil Hospital in Panchkula, where doctors declared him brought dead.
A post-mortem was conducted at the Government Hospital in Sector 6, Panchkula, after which his body was handed over to the family.
