SP should end impasse in larger interest of people: Cong

New Delhi, Oct 23 (UNI) The Congress today termed the internal bickering in the Samajwadi Party in power in Uttar Pradesh as 'unfavourable' for the populace and said the party leadership must resolve the issues to solve people's problems.
Congress Spokesperson Tom Vadakkan told mediapersons that the conflict within the party is causing much harm to the people of the state. Their problems are mounting and they are feeling pressurised, therefore, faster the resolution, better for the citizens.
Calling it an internal issue of SP, Mr Vadakkan said neither Congress, nor any other party can interfere in its affairs, but people's interests are supreme and hence, the matter should be sorted out as soon as possible. He was also of the view that if the party fails in settling the issue, then it would have to bear the cost.
