State hosts first Dharati Aaba tribal film festival celebrating indigenous cinema

Ranchi, Oct 14 (UNI ) Welfare Minister Chhama Linda today inaugurated the first-ever “Dharati Aaba Tribal Film Festival 2025” at Dr. Ram Dayal Munda Tribal Research Institute here.
The three-day festival, being held from October 14 to 16, celebrates the essence of tribal philosophy, identity, and cultural resilience through cinema.
Addressing the inaugural ceremony, the Minister said that the festival is not merely a cinematic event but a celebration of tribal identity, tradition, and worldview.
