Bengaluru, Jan 19 (UNI) Priyank Kharge, Karnataka minister in charge of the Rural Development Department, is at the centre of allegations that thousands of crores of rupees allocated under the 15th Finance Commission were diverted in violation of constitutional norms, with the BJP on Monday accusing his department of orchestrating a systematic misuse of Central funds.
