Telangana; MeeSeva WhatApp/Chaatbot platform sees rapid statewide adoption

Hyderabad, Dec 16 (UNI) Telangana IT Minister D. Sridhar Babu, on Tuesday said that the newly launched MeeSeva WhatsApp/Chatbot service platform has witnessed strong and rapid adoption across Telangana, reaffirming the State Government’s commitment to citizen-centric digital governance.
The WhatsApp/Chatbot MeeSeva platform, launched on November 18 as an additional digital channel under MeeSeva, enables citizens to access essential government services such as certificate applications, bill enquiries, application status tracking and grievance redressal directly through WhatsApp, without the need to visit MeeSeva centres.
Highlighting the early impact of the initiative, the minister stated that consolidated analytics for the first 22 days of operation (November 18 to December 9, 2025) demonstrate significant public engagement across the State. During this period, the platform recorded 2,78,267 sessions from 2,09,084 unique phone numbers.
