Two people arrested in connection with Chikkaballapur blast

Chikkaballapur, Feb 23 (UNI) Karnataka Minister for Health Dr K Sudhakar revealed that the police have already made two arrests in the case related to the explosion that occurred near the Hirenagavalli village in Chikkaballapur, which claimed the lives of six quarry workers last night.
As part of the investigation, The District-In-Charge Minister, who visited the site was constantly in touch with the Chief Minister via the telephone. He said that the officers have been notified to take stringent action after the proper investigation against the perpetrators who indulged in illegal activities that caused Monday’s tragedy.
“Related to the incident, the police officials have already made two arrests”, he said.
