Two persons booked for illegal hunting of rare 'Bow Mouth Guitarfish"

Satara, Jan 20 (UNI) The Maharashtra Forest Department on Tuesday registered a case against two persons for illegally hunting rare "Bow Mouth Guitarfish" in Satara district.
According to the forest department, two persons who identified themselves as Aamir Dastgir Nadaf and Omkar Rajendra Melvane, both from Satara district, hunted a rare "Bow Mouth Guitarfish," which is included in Red Data List and declared endangered by the International union for Nature Institute.
They also publicly exhibited their catch with viral video.
