Union Minister George Kurian reviews works in Senapati district

Imphal Jan 24 (UNI) Union Minister of State of Minority Affairs, Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, George Kurian visited Senapati district and inspected various Institutions and project sites in the district on Friday.
During the visit, he inspected Model Residential School at Taphou Naga, District Hospital, AstroTurf, Multi-Purpose Parking Lot, Village Chief Association Building, and Model Anganwadi Centre at Rikhumai Taphou.
He also interacted with the village chiefs.

RMC simplifies birth and death registration process for citizens

The Ranchi Municipal Corporation (RMC) has taken an important step to further simplify, streamline and ensure timely registration of births and deaths within the area. Under the new arrangement, if a birth or death occurs in any hospital located within the municipal limits, citizens can now apply for registration on the spot through the concerned hospital itself.

In winter, children shivered through cold nights. The hardship was routine, and attention from the system rare.
