Witnesses identify blood stained cloths of Pansare couple

Kolhapur, Mar 21 (UNI) Two witnesses in Communist Party of India(CPI) senior leader Govind Pansare murder case, examined by special public prosecutor Harshad Nimbalkar before district additional session judge(3) S S Tambe on Tuesday identified blood stained cloths of late Pansare and his wife, who was also injured in the firing.
In today's hearing in the court, two witnesses Imtiyaz Nurmahamad Hakim(47) and Sadik Suraj Mullaith from the city, who were present at Aster Adhar Hospital as panchs when Pansare couple had admitted after seriously injured in firing, identified their blood stained cloths, which had seized that time and also narrated sequence of panchananas as per asked questions by SPP Mr Nimbalkar in testimony.
Later defence lawyers of suspected accused including Sameer Patwardhan, Virendra Ichalkaranjikar and Amoghvarshe Khemlapure took cross-examination of two witnesses in which they tried to comer witnessed with asking many complicated questions from names to subtlety of panchananas. Both witnesses testimony, which started at 1200 hours ended at 1645 hours today.
