'The Paradise' constructs a monumental set in Hyderabad, heralded as Baahubali of the Slums

Mumbai, Sept 7 (UNI) A cinematic marvel is taking shape for Natural Star Nani's upcoming film "The Paradise" in Hyderabad, a set so vast in conception that it has already drawn parallels with the legendary Mahishmati kingdom of Baahubali.
Directed by Srikanth Odella, who recently delivered the resounding success of "Dasara", the film promises a saga that traces a protagonist's odyssey from the depths of deprivation to the zenith of dominion.
Rendering Nani's odyssey, from the shadows of the slums to the pinnacles of power with scale and authenticity, the production has embarked upon a colossal feat of design and craftsmanship.
As per industry insiders, “The makers are building a slum set in Hyderabad as big as the set of Mahishmati Empire of the Bahubali franchise. Nani's character rises from the slum to power. Such a big set has been prepared to show his big journey.
"There will be a big arch in the middle of the slum, which was seen in the previous announcement unit and posters of the film. This arch will be the centre of the lead character's empire, and the set is being designed as grand as the Mahishmati Empire of the Bahubali franchise. That is why it is christened as 'Baahubali of Slums'.”
Produced under the aegis of SLV Cinemas, "The Paradise" will unfurl simultaneously across eight languages: Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, English, Spanish, Bengali, Kannada, and Malayalam, on March 26, 2026, marking an unprecedented multilingual rollout.
