"To Reconnect to the World ": Anushka Shetty announces social media break days after ‘Ghaati’ release

New Delhi, Sep 13 (UNI) Popular actress Anushka Shetty has announced she will be taking a temporary break from social media, just days after the release of her latest film, ‘Ghaati’.
In a heartfelt post shared on her Instagram, Anushka explained that the hiatus is a personal choice aimed at “reconnecting to the world” and focusing on her well-being away from the digital space.
"Trading blue light to candle light.... Will be stepping away from social media for a bit. Just to reconnect to the world and work beyond the scrolling, to where we all actually started. See you all soon with more stories and more love...always forever. Smile always, love Anushka Shetty," her note read.
She captioned the post with the sweet line, “Love… Always forever.”
Fans have expressed their support, flooding her comments with encouraging messages. One wrote, "yesss a great comeback Sweety....love you always," while another added, "Take Your Own Time Sweety Have a break And Get back Super Stronger We lovee Youuu."
"This comeback is going to be the most special one indeed," another fan added.
‘Ghaati’, which hit theaters last week, has garnered positive reviews, marking another milestone in Anushka’s successful career.
Written and directed by Krish Jagarlamudi, 'Ghaati' features Anushka Shetty in the lead role alongside Vikram Prabhu.
The film is produced by Rajeev Reddy and Sai Babu Jagarlamudi under the banner of First Frame Entertainments.
The actress has not specified how long her social media break will last but assured fans she will return refreshed and ready to engage again.
