'UP has emerged from an identity crisis to become one of the country's top-3 economies': CM Yogi

Lucknow, Jun 16 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said over the past nine years, the state has emerged from an identity crisis and become one of the country's leading economies.

He claimed that 60 per cent of the country's expressways are located in Uttar Pradesh. "A road network of four lakh kilometres has been developed. All district headquarters have been connected through four-lane connectivity. The number of medical colleges has increased from 41 to 83, and efforts have been made to establish a medical college in every district," he claimed.

Haryana bets on air ambulance network, plans helicopter access near 5 medical colleges

Chandigarh, Jul 21 (UNI) Haryana has accelerated plans to build a state-wide helicopter emergency response network, with the government deciding to upgrade helipads near five major medical colleges to expand air ambulance services and reduce the time taken to transport critically ill and accident victims
. The decision was taken at the eighth meeting of the Board of Directors of the Haryana Airports Development Corporation (HADC), chaired by Civil Aviation Minister and Corporation Chairman Vipul Goel here on Tuesday.
