10 more arrest in Bihar Police Constable Recruitment exam fraud

Patna, June 11 (UNI) Bihar Police have arrested 10 more accused from Arwal and Munger districts in connection with alleged fraud and impersonation in the state police constable recruitment examination. With these arrests, a total of 88 individuals face legal action.
Confirming the development, Secretariat Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO-1) Anu Kumari said the irregularities were detected during the recruitment process conducted by the Central Selection Board of Constables under Advertisement No. 01/2023.
According to the police officer, preliminary findings suggest that certain candidates attempted to secure success in the written and physical efficiency tests through a well-planned criminal conspiracy involving impersonation and other fraudulent practices.
