2 security personnel, 5 terrorists killed in counter-terror operation in NW Pakistan

Islamabad, May 26 (UNI) Two security personnel and five terrorists were killed on Sunday in a counter-terror operation in Peshawar district of Pakistan's northwest Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, the military said.
The security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in Hassan Khel area of the district on reported presence of terrorists, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the media wing of the military said in a statement.
In the operation, the security forces effectively engaged the terrorists' location, resultantly five terrorists were killed while three others got injured, said the ISPR.
