3 killed, 6 injured as SUV rams tractor

Kurnool, July 10 (UNI) Three members of a family were killed and six others were injured when the Scorpio vehicle in which they were traveling rammed into a stationary tractor at Kalvabugga village of Orvakallu mandal today.

Police said that a nine-member family was going to Mydukur in Kadapa district from Hyderabad in the Scorpio vehicle. The vehicle rammed a stationary tractor killing Munni (35), Sheik Kamal Basha (50) and Sheik Nadiya (3). Munni and Kamal Basha were killed instantaneously while Nadiya succumbed to injuries in the hospital.
