6.8-magnitude quake hits Macquarie Island region - USGS

Hong Kong, Mar 4 (UNI) An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.8 jolted Macquarie Island region at 1616 GMT on Sunday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 59.14 degrees south latitude and 158.85 degrees east longitude.
