A legacy of service: PM Modi remembers Rajmata Vijaya Raje Scindia on birth anniversary

New Delhi, Oct 12 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi today paid a heartfelt tribute to Rajmata Vijaya Raje Scindia, a pioneering politician and founding member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, on her birth anniversary.
In a post on X, PM Modi remembered Scindia's selfless dedication to public service and her pivotal role in shaping the Jana Sangh and the BJP.
"Her efforts to serve society will never be forgotten," PM Modi said, highlighting Scindia's enduring legacy. "She played a key role in strengthening the Jana Sangh and BJP. Vijayaraje Scindia Ji was passionate about our cultural roots and always worked to protect as well as popularise them," he added.
