Agua India ties up with All Kerala Package Drinking Water Distributors Association

Kochi, May 18 (UNI) Leading innovative startup, Agua India, announced on Saturday its partnership with the All Kerala Packaged Drinking Water Distributors Association (AKPDWDA), aiming to enhance accessibility and quality of packaged drinking water across the state.
By signing the memorandum of understanding with AKPDWDA, Agua India will be able to provide high-quality drinking water to a broader audience, ensuring that communities across Kerala have better access to this essential resource.
The move, seeking to leverage AKPDWDA’s extensive distribution network, signifies a major step forward in addressing growing demand for safe and reliable drinking water.
“This collaboration will enable us to scale up our operations and reach more people, making a significant impact on public health,” said Muhammed Shajar, co-founder of Agua India, which is supported by Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM).
AKPDWDA Ernakulam secretary Kochumon C Mathew said the partnership, which has been decided after extensive reach, will bring “tremendous benefits” to the communities.
KSUM is Kerala government’s nodal agency established in 2006 for entrepreneurship development and incubation activities in the state. It has played a pivotal role in nurturing the 2020-founded Agua India.
