Akhil Bharatiya Safai Mazdoor Congress demands death penalty for Nasrapur rapist-murderer

Pune, May 7 (UNI) A meeting of the Akhil Bharatiya Safai Mazdoor Congress was held at the government guest house, Circuit House, in Pune. Several office-bearers and workers from the Mehtar Valmiki community attended the gathering.
Addressing the workers, National President Charan Singh Tak said that the organization was established through the dedicated efforts of leaders such as Buta Singh, Vasantrao Chavan, and Vasudev Changre along with several social leaders from different states.
Tak stated that if justice is to be ensured for the organization and the community, strong leadership must be developed and supported. He urged workers to remain alert and united in the fight for social, educational, economic, and political rights, including fair representation in reservation classifications. He also appealed to members to unite behind a single leader and strengthen the movement under collective leadership.
