Allahabad HC gives conditional bail to accused for uploading videos on India, Pak PMs

Prayagraj, Oct 15 (UNI) Allahabad High Court today granted conditional bail to an accused for uploading a video featuring PM Narendra Modi and the Pakistani Prime Minister on his WhatsApp status.
The single bench of Justice Arun Kumar Singh Deswal granted bail to one Javed, a resident of Meerut, in the case here.
An FIR was filed against Javed at the Jani police station in Meerut on May 12 by SSI Kapil Dev of Jani police station, and the case was registered under Section 152 of the IPC.
