Amber Heard welcomes twins, celebrates the completion of her family

Madrid, May 12 (UNI) American actress Amber Heard has joyously expanded her family with the arrival of twins, a son named Ocean and a daughter named Agnes, along with her four-year-old daughter Oonagh Paige, marking a new chapter in her life as a mother of three.
A spokesperson for Heard confirmed the news to PEOPLE, stating, "Amber is delighted to welcome the twins and complete her family. Mama and babies are enjoying every minute. And Oonagh is happily running the show."
The announcement came via an Instagram post on May 11, where Heard expressed deep gratitude and joy. "This year I am elated beyond words to celebrate the completion of the family I’ve strived to build for years," she wrote, introducing the names of her newborns.
When Heard revealed the birth of her first baby in a message on Instagram in 2021, the 'Aquaman' actress explained that she'd "decided I wanted to have a child" four years prior and "wanted to do it on my own terms".
"I now appreciate how radical it is for us as women to think about one of the most fundamental parts of our destinies in this way," she wrote at the time. "I hope we arrive at a point in which it’s normalised to not want a ring in order to have a crib."
Following the conclusion of her high-profile legal disputes with Johnny Depp in 2022, Heard quietly relocated to Madrid, seeking tranquility and privacy.
Heard, 39, told NBC News' Savannah Guthrie in a June 2022 interview that she was looking forward to focusing on her family: "I get to be a mom, like, full time, you know? Where I'm not having to juggle calls with lawyers."
Director Conor Allyn, who worked with Heard on the 2023 film 'In the Fire', praised her maternal devotion, describing her as "a dedicated mom". He told PEOPLE that Heard was "living her best life in Spain with her daughter and just finding happiness in that way."
