Amir Khan vows to quit smoking if son Junaid's film Loveyapa succeeds

Mumbai, Jan 8 (UNI) Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan has expressed his unwavering support for his son Junaid Khan’s debut film "Loveyapa" by making a personal vow that he would quit smoking if the film performed successfully at the box office.

The title track of "Loveyapa", featuring Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor, has amassed over 15 million views in just 24 hours.

Speaking about his vow, Aamir Khan said that his decision to give up smoking is a reflection of his love and unwavering support for his son. I

Backed by Phantom Studios and AGS Entertainment, the official release date has been set for February 7.

Junaid received acclaim for his debut in "Maharaj" last year in which he portrayed the character of Karsandas Mulji, while Khushi Kapoor, younger daughter of Sridevi, garnered attention with her performance in Zoya Akhtar’s Netflix venture "The Archies" in 2023. UNI XC SSP
