AP: Business Delegation from Saxony State of Germany visits Sri City

Sri City (Andhra Pradesh), Nov 11 (UNI) An 18-member business delegation from the German Federal State of Saxony, led by Dirk Panter, Minister for Economic Affairs, Labour, Energy and Climate Action, on Tuesday visited Sri City. The delegation was warmly received by Srini Raju, Chairman, and Dr. Ravindra Sannareddy, Managing Director of Sri City.
During the visit, Panter commended Sri City’s well-planned layout, modern infrastructure, and investor-friendly policies, acknowledging the management’s pivotal role in shaping a globally competitive industrial hub.
“I sincerely hope we can further strengthen the ties between India and Germany, especially between Saxony and Sri City,” he remarked.
The delegation engaged in discussions focused on business setup opportunities, investment potential, and the strategic advantages of Sri City’s integrated industrial ecosystem.
The team toured key facilities within Sri City, visited the production plant of Bell Flavors & Fragrances, and interacted with the on-ground teams.
Earlier briefing the delegates, Dr. Sannareddy showcased Sri City’s world-class industrial infrastructure, diverse sectoral ecosystem, and strategic advantages for global manufacturers.
He noted that Sri City has emerged as one of India’s premier investment destinations, hosting over 240 leading brands from 31 countries, including German companies such as Bell Flavors & Fragrances, Knauf, and Kankyo Bert.
