AP CM asks collectors to use tech to boost public satisfaction in services

Vijayawada, May 7 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has urged District Collectors to adopt innovative, technology-driven approaches to achieve higher levels of citizen satisfaction in delivery of government services including welfare programmes.
Addressing the seventh district Collectors conference at Secretariat at Amaravati near here on Thursday, the Chief Minister made it clear that top priority should be given for public satisfaction and gave a mandate to officials to achieve more than 90 per cent public satisfaction in all services.
He asked the District Collectors of all 28 districts including two newly formed districts, to make every district as an innovation hub to empower people and to achieve development and in implementation of welfare schemes.
