AP: TTD to install Kiosk machines and QR codes or UPI payments in local temples

Tirupati, Dec 15 (UNI) In order to facilitate easy and hassle-free UPI payments for devotees, TTD Executive Officer Anil Kumar Singhal, on Monday directed officials concerned to install kiosk machines and QR codes in all 60 TTD-run temples located across the country.
Singhal, who conducted a review meeting with senior officials here, instructed the Chief Engineer to prepare two to three standard design models for the proposed construction of 5,000 temples planned by TTD in backward regions, stating that this would help expedite the temple construction process in those areas.
He also directed that the modernization works of the TTD staff quarters located at Vinayaka Nagar in Tirupati be taken up on a fast-track basis.
